2) with a clear cover, you may print the text or graphic on paper with you desktop inkjet printer

Remove the End Cap sideway and change the name plate or name insert card:

clear cover
design and print the text, graphic with your desktop inkjet printer. Remove the end cap and change the sign plate.

movable name(sign) plate
1) sign holder, end cap in customized colour. 
2) fixed sign plate with text "VACANT....MEETING IN PROGRESS". 
3) movable sign plate "MEETING ROOM 1" to indicate Meeting room in use or vacant.
